wiggle plot should show orbit 36 before SAP file exists

I need to see that the wiggle plot shows the trajectory data before any of the SAP file exists. It looks as though it will only paint the gray trajectory where data from SAP files is found.

Bill was running https://abbith.physics.uiowa.edu/jbf/juno/-/blob/master/team/wigglePlot/wigglePlotSapClipFast.jy?orbit='35' and seeing that things stopped at 2021-201 because there was no SAP_A0350* file.
