Darrelle PNGWalk orbit timerange requests

Darrelle has a number of requests for an orbit-by-orbit PNGWalk.

1. plot title should allow the orbit name to be indicated in the title.
2. When orbit timeranges are used ("orbit:tracers-2:2") the orbit should not be shown on the xaxis
